We produce our ORGANIC cashewnuts with local fruits from Shimba Hills area. Handroasted over open fire, according to local traditions, no additives at all ! Our cashewnuts are fully natural and come either “raw” which is mostly used for cooking purposes (eg salads or sauces or even as a vegan mayonnaise substitute) or “roasted & salted cashewnuts” with the final touch, completed with virgin, pink HIMALAYAN salt which contains 84 traces of minerals. for a better taste and healthier product we do NOT use cheap iodised refined salt.

Storage:

In vacuum sealed pouches they stay fresh for minimum 6 months. Once opened keep in sealed container ideally in the fridge or freeze it to preserve the original taste. We recommend to store the loose cashew nuts in an air-tight container or deep-freeze it in order to keep it over several months.
